Thesis: Kuja is not a crossdressing Nancy-boy.

Kuja is the main villain in Final Fantasy IX, which as an aside, is gameplay-wise, an insult to the genesis, whilst still being a fantastic addition to the series which I highly recommend. I frequently hear people talking about Kuja as an effeminate crossdressing weirdo. While it IS amusing to take the mic out of his overall gayness, I think there's a pretty big point being missed here. People justify the opinion that Kuja is a camp weirdo via his clothes . For those of you not familiar with FFIX, I warn you, this does have very, very general spoilers which are probably spoilers until late disc 3, and I don't think could possibly ruin your enjoyment of the game. But, if they do you cannot say I didn't warn you. Afterall, all I give away is the fact one day, you'll go to Terra. Whoopse. Anyway, Kuja dresses in a purple crop-top trimmed with gold, with purple, gold trimmed paudrons, a purple, frontless, gold trimmed skirt, a purple thong and purple feathers in his purple hair. He lives in a purple castle with gold skirting boards. He wears red eyeshadow and goes red in trance. So, he's wearing a skirt. OMFG, how gay. Yeah. Late in the game, you go to Terra. Kuja was born on Terra. Kuja grew up in Terra. Kuja is a Genome (almost) from Terra. The gens on Terra all look pretty much the same. They have ear-length med-blonde hair, they wear purple or pink crop-tops, and purple/pink frontless skirts with purple/pink hotpants.

I win. Kuja's not crossdressing. Garland (I'm blaming Garland as he's the only sentient adult on the planet) is a total pervert. Kuja is wearing a skirt, not because he's a crossdressing nancy-boy, but because it's the done thing and He's a crossdressing nancy boy. People usually, sorry- always, think I have some irksome, pathetic, hippy, moral issue with eating meat. It's not true. My parents don't eat meat. In my eintire life, I've only eaten meat twice, at far too advanced an age to be open to the taste. It still seems perverted and weird to eat dead animal flesh. I don't do it, becuase it's not the done thing, as far as my childhood expirience goes. It's not the only reason I don't eat meat, but it's the main one. I have no problem with claiming Kuja is a camp bisexual. It makes me very happy. But, please, have a better reason than crossdressing. Feathers in hair, make-up, girly spiralastic decor in his palace, wanting hot Zidane ass, long, purple hair, all legitimate reasons. Wearing a skirt, non-legitimate reason. Thankyou.

Conclusion: Kuja is not a crossdressing nancy-boy.
